Fancy Sinamay Fascinator

This sinamay fascinator was created by myself over the 5 week short course I attended to in Melbourne. We learnt how to mould the hat base using a hat block. We also learnt how to shape and stiffen the sinamay to create the purple curls on top of the hat base.
